1. Design Services and Scope

A2Z Interiors provides professional architectural planning, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and turnkey interior site contracting. The exact scope of deliverables is bound strictly to the customized quote signed and agreed upon prior to the physical site initialization.

2. Retainer Fees and Payment Schedule

Our operational payment profile relies on structured project milestones:

• Booking Fee: A non-refundable advance retainer is mandatory to initiate conceptual layouts and spatial engineering plans.
• Milestone Payments: Payments must be processed promptly before subsequent execution phases begin (e.g., material procurement, carpentry production, site installation).
• Final Handover: All pending balances must be settled transparently prior to the handover of keys or physical completion of structural delivery.

3. Clients' Site Responsibilities

For efficient turnkey executions, the client agrees to provide smooth, unhindered access to the site for our designers, execution supervisors, and vendor teams during standard working hours. Any delays caused due to society building permissions, electrical/water cuts, or structural faults not in our control will extend the projected timeline baseline.

4. Revisions and Design Approvals

We provide a specified number of design iteration rounds as written in your project contract wrapper. Any structural revisions requested after 3D designs are finalized, materials are signed off, or physical fabrication work has commenced will attract separate layout alteration fees and material cost modifications.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All floor plans, 3D renders, custom structural concepts, and material blueprints designed by A2Z Interiors remain the exclusive intellectual and creative property of our firm. Clients are authorized to use these assets solely for the specific property listed under their project deployment contract.
